Studio Palette can plan guided art experiences for private groups, community gatherings, schools, organizations, and special occasions. Each event is shaped around the participants, location, group size, timing, and selected project.
The event is organized around a selected art project with teacher guidance, demonstrations, structured work time, and support for participants. Project complexity and materials are adjusted to the age range, experience, group size, and event setting.
Studio Palette event planning can accommodate groups from 6 to 300 participants. Larger groups require additional preparation, space planning, material organization, staffing decisions, and a project designed for efficient instruction.
A standard art event is three hours, excluding setup and cleanup time. The final schedule may change depending on the project, number and ages of participants, location rules, and event goals.
