Studio Palette
This notice explains how the Studio Palette website handles information when you browse public pages, send an inquiry, or use a restricted account area.
You can browse the public Studio Palette website without creating an account. Public pages may display studio information, class details, artwork, photographs, videos, and links to other services.
Contact and trial-class forms store the information you submit in Studio Palette’s protected website-inquiry inbox so authorized administrators can follow up and, when appropriate, prepare a guardian portal invitation. The email address entered in the form is used for follow-up. Resend sends Studio Palette a notification email about the inquiry; failure of that notification does not remove the protected inquiry record.
Public pages use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Web Analytics is designed to provide aggregated, anonymized traffic information without analytics cookies. Speed Insights reports website performance and Web Vitals so Studio Palette can identify public-site performance problems.
Restricted administrator, family, and student areas use Supabase authentication. Studio Palette or an authorized guardian creates these accounts; the site does not offer open child self-registration. Account records may include guardian contact details, student first names, relationships, enrollment information, attendance, balances, and messages needed to provide studio services. Authentication sessions use strictly necessary cookies so the site can verify access. Without the optional ‘Stay signed in’ choice, the authentication cookie lasts for the current browser session; when selected, it can remain for up to 30 days.
Studio Palette stores enrollment, order, invoice, payment-attempt, provider-reference, amount, currency, and verified payment-status records needed to administer classes and purchases. Card details go directly to Square and bank-account or ACH authorization details go directly to GoCardless. Studio Palette does not store complete card numbers, CVVs, or bank-account credentials. A payment is marked Paid only after a verified provider notification.
Student accounts are provisioned through a guardian or Studio Palette and do not require a child to provide an email address, phone number, or public profile. The student portal is a restricted, read-only view of approved studio information. Guardians can ask Studio Palette to review or correct a child’s account information. Public student names, biographies, artwork, photographs, or videos are controlled separately and require the studio’s recorded permission workflow before publication.
Public galleries may contain artwork, photographs, or videos selected for public display only after the applicable permission checks. Private family portfolios and consent documents are stored separately from public media in protected Cloudflare R2 storage and are available only through authorized account or administrator access. A parent, guardian, student, or artist can request review of public media connected with them.
Service providers process information for specific functions: Vercel provides hosting, traffic analytics, and performance reporting; Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure; Cloudflare R2 stores media; Resend delivers inquiry notifications and account emails; Square processes card and Cash App Pay transactions; and GoCardless processes ACH authorizations and payments. External links such as Google Maps, Facebook, and Instagram operate under their own privacy practices and terms.
Studio Palette keeps inquiry, account, enrollment, attendance, payment, consent, and operational records only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up and onboarding, to provide services, maintain accurate financial and safety records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Private media and consent evidence remain protected and are not published. Access is role-restricted, and financial records are not hard-deleted merely to hide their history.
The site uses necessary authentication cookies in restricted areas and does not use cross-site behavioral advertising or sell personal information. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to work without analytics cookies. Because browser Do Not Track signals are not standardized, the site does not take a separate action in response to them; this does not change the site’s no-sale and no-cross-site-advertising practices.
You may browse without submitting an inquiry and may avoid external links. You can ask Studio Palette to review, correct, provide, or delete information connected with you or your child. Some information may need to be retained for financial, safety, fraud-prevention, contractual, or legal reasons. Studio Palette will verify the requester’s identity or authority before disclosing or changing protected records.
This notice may be updated when the website, its services, or the way information is handled changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current published version.
