Studio Palette
These terms govern use of the Studio Palette website and its restricted account areas. Program-specific commitments apply only when they are separately presented and accepted.
Public pages describe Studio Palette programs and services. Schedules, availability, instructors, locations, and prices may change before an enrollment or purchase is confirmed. Website content alone does not reserve a seat or create a payment obligation.
Studio Palette provisions administrator, guardian, and student access. Guardians are responsible for the credentials issued to their household and for promptly reporting unauthorized access. Student accounts are restricted, read-only views and are not created through open child self-registration.
Do not attempt to access another person’s records, bypass security, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, or use the website unlawfully. Studio Palette may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, students, financial records, or the service.
Submitting a form or payment attempt does not by itself confirm enrollment or payment. Card and Cash App Pay transactions are processed by Square, and ACH authorizations and payments are processed by GoCardless. Studio Palette marks a payment Paid only after a verified provider notification.
The applicable price, dates, schedule, seat availability, cancellation or refund rules, consent, and any waiver for a class, membership, workshop, event, or gift certificate must be shown or confirmed separately before the relevant commitment. These website terms do not create an unstated cancellation, refund, expiration, or waiver policy.
Studio Palette site design, text, branding, and studio-owned media may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Student work and identifiable student media remain subject to the applicable creator, guardian, and studio permissions; public display does not transfer ownership.
Studio Palette works to keep the website accurate and available, but maintenance, provider outages, or security events may temporarily limit access. Protected records remain authoritative even if a page is temporarily unavailable.
These terms may be updated when the website or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current published version. Material program-specific commitments already accepted are not silently replaced by a website edit.
